When you see these super pretty flies all over social media with married wings and fine detailed bodies, it makes me want to tie them. I struggle with them. They are challenging and take forever and still don't look good in my eyes. This is an attempt to make one, using the materials I have in my house, and not taking forever to do it. I really like the results and I can't wait to test them out this summer.
I plan to fish this pattern on a sink tip line in the still waters or with floating line in the rivers using a swing/ strip technique and hopefully get some lip piercings.
