Adding a Skirt to one of the simplest patterns I have tied seems like a fun thing to do. I believe that adding the skirt helps when fishing bass and pan fish by adding profile and pulsating when strip/resting. You can mix and match tab legs in hundreds of patterns and color combos to match anything you want. Or keep them matching the overall body color.
The FNF creeper material is avaliable in a bunch of different patterns. The Fish Hunter Marabou is a very awesome product as well coming in a bunch of matching colors or contrasting colors.
