The DT Special from what I can find on the forums of the internet as a Captain fly that is super effective for Snook. I have only fly fished Salt water a handful of times and never for snook. I have relied upon the experience of others and pictures of this fly in tying these up for a friend heading to target some Snook in shallow surfs. I hope to update this after his trip reporting on how this fly did for him and his group.
